  • CCDP at the Elsie Dairy Festival! Festival time in Clinton County has arrived!  The first festival we'll participate in will be the Elsie Dairy Festival on July 5, 6, 7 (10 AM - 7 PM).  Next week!  Three ways you can help: 1) We will have a booth set up downtown with campaign literature and for selling our t-shirts.  We're looking for volunteers.  And, hopefully, our t-shirts will be in by then and they will be for sale.  Please consider helping. 2) We will also be walking (maybe some of us riding) in the parade on Saturday at 11:00 AM.  Come and support us if you can . . . the more the merrier!   Participating in the county festivals is one way we can let ...

  • New Meeting Place! The Clinton County Democratic party will hold it's regular monthly meetings at our new office located at 15557 Business 27 (between Guerrzzi's Restaurant and the Moose Lodge)  through the summer and into fall, with the last one on Nov.1.  The monthly meeting dates are: July 5, August 2, September 6, Oct. 4, and Nov. 1.  Our December meeting will be held at the DeWitt City Hall on the 6th.

  • Press Release - 2012 Michigan Presidential Caucus On May 5, 2012 Clinton County Democrats are invited to vote in the Michigan Democratic Presidential Caucus at the UAW Local Hall 117 W. Walker Street, St. Johns, Michigan.  The Hall is located one block north, then one block west of the County Courthouse. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. with voting taking place at 11:00 a.m.   Participants do not need to be members of the Clinton County Democratic Party.  However, you will be required to sign a form stating that you are participating as a Democrat.  Voters as young as 17 years of age may participate if they become 18 years of age by November 6, Election Day 2012.  Also available will be local candidates ...
